He is survived by: his mother Wilma Abney Shockey; his wife Karen Shockey; his children, Jessica Lynn Shockey, Tyler Collins and Zachary Shockey (Erin); and his brother Michael Shockey (Jeanette). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
