He is survived by: his children, Shena Brower (Rick), James Perkins Jr. (Jamie), William Perkins, Jeramey Perkins (Jessica) and Josh Perkins; his grandchildren, Natasha Boggs (Andrew), Merissa Crawford (Lane), Gehrig Brower (Emma), Courtney Perkins, Jayden Perkins, Justin Perkins, Tucker Perkins, Gunnar Perkins and Kellen Perkins; his great grandchildren, Riley Allen, Layla McDonald and Louis Brower; and his siblings, Ralph Perkins, Carol Roper (Perkins), Ellen Fullen (Bob), Hellen Campbell (Perkins), Ray Perkins (Mickey), Janice Burns (Perkins) and Jessie Bennett (Perkins). He is also survived by his family and friends.
