He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Beal Cauldwell (Bud) and Sophie Blanck Cauldwell; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Gayla) and Kirby (Shelly); his grandchildren, Heather (Steve), Michele (Daryn), Trey (Courtney), Brandon (Kerri) and Brian (Kendra); his great grandchildren, Harper, Piper, Canaan, Landry, Chloe, Graham and Mila; his sisters, Myrtle Irene Trogdon (Gary) and Carol Ann Hiler; his son Jackie Dale (Natalie); and his siblings, Arlene Cauldwell (Rene), Thelma Jean Burkhart, Johnnie Joe, Bill Junior, Herschel Dean and Robert Lynn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
