It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Nelson Fulbright of Willow Springs, Missouri, who passed away on May 19, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Burkley Fulbright and Molly Lavon Edwards; his former wife Nancy Lee Treadwell; and his brother Michael Perkins. He is survived by: his children, Victoria Lynn, Sheila Kay and Howard Reggie Fulbright; his wife Carolyn Bland Howell; his grandchildren, Nora, Andrea, Logan, Danamae and Victoria; his stepdaughters, Mary Howell-Brown (Mike) and Angela Ledgerwood (David); and his siblings, Barbra (Virgil), Joe Poole (Jeanne), Jimmy (Deveeta) and John (Jody). He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
