He is survived by: his wife Linda Elijah (Hawn); his brother Dwight Dean Elijah (Katie); his children, Richard A. Elijah (Mary), Deanna Elijah-Atteberry (Jeff) and Robert A. Elijah (Heather); and his grandchildren, Richard A. Elijah II (Holly), Rachel L. Brotherton (Donnie), Mindi Gaines (Jesse), Blake R. Collins, Keith Allen, James D. Elijah and Tristan Elijah. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
