He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur William and Aletha Bernice Ellis (Wynn); his stepfather Thomas Wynn (Tom); his brother William Ellis (Bill); his niece Tammy Patterson; and his brother Sammy Wynn.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Becky Ellis and Ladona Adams (Robert) of Texarkana, Texas; his grandchildren, Carl Jensen of Ashdown, Arkansas, Courtney Adams, Charles Adams of Texarkana, Texas and Clorissa Adams of Columbia, Missouri; his great grandchild Aiden Don Adams of Texarkana, Texas; and his siblings, JoAnn Turner (Jerry) of Greenville, Texas, Richard Wynn (Kelly) of Skiatook, Oklahoma and Mary Jane Carter of Hominy, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous cousins and several nieces and nephews.
