He was predeceased by: his parents, Clemet Spence and Betty Lee Spence (McKee); and his siblings, Nickey, Mickey and Vickey.
He is survived by: his brother Rick. He is also survived by 4 nephews, 1 niece, 3 grand nieces, and 2 grand nephews.
The family requests any donations or memorials be made out in Dickey's name to the Missouri.
