It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Wilburn Carroll of Willow Springs, Missouri, who passed away on September 18, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carroll and Roxie Carroll; his son Steven Robert "Steve" Carroll; his grandchildren, Devin Carroll and Sara Carroll; and his siblings, Neta Owens, David Carroll, Clifford Carroll and Richard Carroll.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Carroll; his grandson Steven Robert Carroll II (Jordan); his great grandchildren, Julianna, Shauna, Stephanie and Stevie; his siblings, Shirley Custer, Helen Hoffman and John "Wendell" Carroll; and his sister-in-law Maggie Carroll. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
