He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lee and Jewell Viola Woodring (Rackley); his brother Carl Woodring; and his daughter-in-law Becky Woodring. He is survived by: his wife Ella Louise Frazee; his children, Mike Woodring of Willow Springs, Vickie Cooley (Scott) of Willow Springs, Tim Woodring (Kelli) of Webb City, MO and Missy (Jonathan Bergman) of West Plains, MO; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Woodring (Lizzie), Kiley Pierce (Andrew), Tyler Cooley (Lisa), Shelby Kerr (Derek), Jordan Woodring, Cameron Woodring (Chelsea), Weston Woodring, Brittany Bergman, Ian Bergman (Kayla), Kenzie Bergman, Kennedy Bergman, Norah, Finn Woodring, Jude Pierce and Hayes Kerr; and his siblings, Jack Woodring of Willow Springs and Lillie Roderick of St. Louis.
