He is survived by: his mother Edna Yvonne Puckett Sr. (Goebel); his children, Brayden Puckett of Williamsville, Arabella Puckett (Daniel Payne) of Jasper, AL and Haley Puckett (Jordan Abarca) of Park Hills; and his siblings, Robert Puckett (Brooke) of Chaffee, Joseph Puckett of Williamsville and Mandy Hardin (Robbie) of Chaffee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
