She was predeceased by: her parents, David Nathan and Edna Marilyn McIntosh Phillips, Sr.; and her siblings, Donna Nelson, Shirley English, Mary Jane Page, Robin Phillips, Wayne "Jake" Murphy, Sr., Oral "Butch" Murphy and Rocky J. "Brov" Phillips.

She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lair; her children, Stacey Thompson (Lynn), Chad Zahn, Stefanie Collins (Doug) and Ercil Lair (Sherry); her grandchildren, Ethan Zahn, Keegan Thompson, Madison Zahn-Krekel, Zahn Thompson, Sawyer Thompson, Saylor Collins, Hunter Collins, Lance Zahn, Kevin Lair, Lucien Collins and Brooke Lair; her great grandchild Dallas Krekel; and her siblings, Marilyn Garrels, Linda Shirey (Dan), Angela Shaller (Rock), Yvonne Dudgeon (Larry), David Phillips, Jr. (Lora), Carmon Lindsey, Pam Briscoe (Randall), Steve Phillips (Stephanie) and Gretchen Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

Memorials may be made to Mississippi Valley State School in Hannibal, Missouri.
