He was predeceased by: his parents, Turner Gray Hook and Ruby Hook (Bell); his siblings, Joe Hook, George "Bob" Hook and Alice Spencer; his brother-in-law Ron Riley; and his close friend Tom Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Bambi Hook (Wetherell); his children, Ryan "Brute" Hook (Caitlin) of Williamsburg and Kelli Hook; his siblings, Kenneth Hook (Diane) of Eudora, Turner Hook of Williamsburg, Arthur "Ben" Hook of Williamsburg, David Hook (Linda) of Williamsburg, Odessa Riley, Susie Trimble of Fort Scott and Vicky Carter; his grandchildren, Tyler Nash (Brie), Destynie Hook (Anthony), Gavin Nash, Haylie Nash, Jayden Nash, Cayden Cravens and Harley Hook; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Alexis and Grayson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
