He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Hazlett and Elsie Hazlett (Knowles); his siblings, Lawrence Hazlett, Ora Hesler, Sally Flynn and Margaret Christian; and his grandsons, Oren Hazlett and Joshua Hazlett.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Goucher; and his children, Joe I Hazlett (Lisa), Bruce Hazlett (Sarah), Jason Kyle Hazlett, Tommy Jones (Rhonda), Joey Goucher (Brenda) and Rachael Kaminski (Bernard).
