She was predeceased by: her parents, Hallie H. Sanders and Lillian Gray Sanders-Hickman (Potts); her husband Charles Raymond Foster; her sisters, Sylvia I. Burkett and Margaret V. Smarr; her children-in-law, Thomas Wetherell and Janet F. Foster; and her granddaughter-in-law Elizabeth "Liz" Meyer-Kelley.
She is survived by: her children, Charles H. Foster and Janis K. Kelley-Wetherell; her grandchildren, Robyn Bopp (Kevin), Stephanie Runkle (Richard), Shelly Trisler (Jeff), Howard W. Kelley Jr. (Derinda) and Tommy Wetherell (Marla); her great grandchildren, Chelsie Suggett (Tim), Katherine Berry (Daniel), Alicia Runkle, Amber Strobel (Gaven) of Charles, Kelley, Sharina Vandeloecht (Andrew), Jamie Trisler, Kathryn "Kat" Trisler and Kyle Wetherell; and her great great grandchildren, Logan, Brayden, Mason, Austin Suggett, Eleanor, Amelia Berry, Taylor Kelley, Zachary, Kaylynn Vandeloecht and Zoey Wetherell. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Maupin Funeral Home - Fulton (301 Douglas Blvd, Fulton, MO 65251). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
