He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl Jobe and Lois Magnolia Branch. He is survived by: his wife Faith E. Jobe; and his children, Waylen Mark Jobe (Elena), Randall Curtis Jobe and Elizabeth Diane Mammen (Lawrence). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
