He was predeceased by: his grandfather Walter Robert Fouraker; his uncle Johnny Choate; and his grandfather Darrell Buttram. He is survived by: his parents, Jeff and Sheryl; his brothers, Chance and Tristen; and his grandmothers, Shirley Fouraker and Marietta Buttram.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Art Inspired Academy Scholarship Fund or Champion Athletes of the Ozarks.
