He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Brice Lipscomb and Pearl Lipscomb; his wife Amelia Lipscomb; his children, Stephen Lipscomb, Susan Lipscomb, Linda Stone, Robert Lipscomb Jr., Jeff Lipscomb (Cheryl) and Dena Alaimo (Russell); his grandchildren, Ryan Lipscomb (Megan) and Cole Lipscomb; and his great grandchild Spencer Lipscomb.
