She was predeceased by: her mothers, Lora Robert and Juanita Agnes Carter (Wadkins); and her siblings, Herman Carter, Jimmie Carter and Marie Higgins (Carter).
She is survived by: her cousins, Betty Bodenhamer, Judy Richardson, Violet Carter, Rick Carter, Glenda Cruise and Carolyn DeCamp; and her friend Diane Perkins. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Brookline Cemetery (6257 W Farm Rd 156, Republic, MO 65738).
