He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby June Choate (Rainey); his stepfather Hershel Choate (Norma Burton); and his son-in-law Frank DeMartino. He is survived by: his wife Ellie; his daughters, Stacy, Angie and Michelle; and his grandchildren, John, Levi, Alek, Michel, Christopher, Kaycee, Taylor, Justin, Ethan and Connor. He is also survived by his family, friends.
