She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hicks and Nellie Hicks (Goforth); and her siblings, Barbara Jean Hicks, Katie Morgan, Gary Hicks, Clarence Hicks and Gene Hicks.
She is survived by: her husband Francis Fortner; her children, Brian Fortner (Amy), Bobby Fortner (Jessica) and Rhonda Fortner; her grandchildren, Kelby, Kane, Gavin and Mackenna; and her siblings, Betty Hall, Norma McCelland, Carol Lester, Danny Hicks and David Hicks. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
