He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Tuter and Rosemary Tuter; and his sister Kay Todd. He is survived by: his wife Beverly S. Tuter of Willard, MO; his children, Mike Tuter of Jefferson City, MO and Melissa Tuter of Springfield, MO; his granddaughter Allison; and his brother David Tuter (Arletta). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
