It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jacqulyn L. Hayes of Willard, Missouri, born in Blackwell, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 27, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Welch and Lucille Welch; her husband Harvey Hayes; her son Racey Gene Hayes; and her sisters, Sandra Maize and Sue Lasater.
She is survived by: her children, Duke Hayes (Abi), Neal Hayes (Michelle) and Tammy Leatherman (Ken); and her siblings, Dick Welch, Becky Coose and Millie Daniel. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
