She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda (Chuck Urvan), Tina (Bill Wester) and Donna (Mark Lawrence); the father of her children George Greenfield; her grandchildren, Brian Urvan (Ronda), Lindsey Davis, Nicholas Urvan (Hannah), Michelle Canfield (Sam), Melodie Sweet (Taylor), Caleb Lawrence and Cassidy Lawrence; and her sisters, Louise Clark and Marian Blough (Barney). She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.

The family suggests donations be made in memory of Dot be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Alzheimer's Association.
