He is survived by: his father Ernest Hawkins; his son Michael James Hawkins of Willard, Missouri.; his wife Toni Hawkins (Welborn); his children, Lauren Hawkins Keys (Mike Keys) of Kimberling City, Missouri, Megan Gilmore (Matthew Gilmore) of Brighton and Evan Hawkins; and his grandchildren, Rylee Snyder, Taylor Hawkins, Gavin Hawkins, Jonathan Gilmore and Malli Hawkins.
