He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Randy Adair and Nadine Evelyn. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Brand of Wheeling and Nicholas Ingram of Troy, Alabama; his grandchildren, Lillian Brand and Steven Brand Jr.; and his sisters, Tina Walls and Kay Adair. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
