He is survived by: his mother Barbara Judy (Singleton) of Liberty, Missouri; his wife Rhonda Figg; his children, Nathan Judy (Marcy) of Hale, Trisha Maggart (Jeremy) of Waukee, Melissa Jones (Brett) of Cameron, Michelle Doupe (Adam) of Chillicothe and Miranda Brotherton (Shane) of West Plains, Missouri; and his siblings, Steve Judy of Hale, Richard "Dickie" Judy of Chillicothe, Missouri and Deanna Wynne (Jim) of Liberty, Missouri.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
