He is survived by: his wife Carol Wayman; his children, Zach Douglas (Taryn) of Chillicothe, Missouri, Lindsey Bowen (Bodey) of St. Catherine and Lacey Douglas of Chillicothe, Missouri; and his siblings, Jay D. Douglas (Anna) of Rimini, Scott Douglas of Dallas, Texas and Judy Gash Ritter of Dallas, Texas.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
