He is survived by: his significant other Marilyn Neely; his daughters, Crystal Casey (John) of Golden City, MO and Dawn Ward (Jack) of Claremore, OK; his grandchildren, Kim Irwin, Kenny of Lamar, MO, Stephanie Harris (Josh) of Miller, MO, Cody Casey of Golden City, MO, Ethan of Claremore, OK, Blake of Claremore, OK, Colton of Claremore, OK and Jaron Ward of Claremore, OK; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Kendall and Tucker. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
