She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Edwin and Dorothy Susan Simon (Jones); her spouse Glen Howard Phelps; her grandsons, Jared Carter and Brandon Carter; her son-in-law Doug Hudson; and her sisters, Juanita Mae Kirk, Betty Sue Love and Mona Joy Love.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Glen Phelps (Linda) of Joplin, Missouri and Jill Suzan Hudson of Rocky Comfort, Missouri; her grandchildren, Kimberly Jo Bieber (Billy) of Mt. Vernon, Travis Howard Phelps (Erin) of Land O' Lakes and JoGina Nicole Park (Chris) of Wheaton, Missouri; and her great grandchildren, Dakota Reed, Cheyenne Bieber, Emerson Phelps, Anderson Phelps, Kelton Park, Jayci Park and Palyn Park. She is also survived by three step grandchildren; five step great-grandchildren; three step great-great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
