He is survived by: his wife Gladys Fleetwood; his children, Tasha Tinsley, Christopher Parnell (Brittney Roberts), Jennifer Parnell, Billy Ray Dixon, Sara Parnell (Mark Bollinger) and Zachariah Dixon (Katy Meeks); his siblings, David Dixon (Regina) and Jackie McPherson (Benny); his grandchildren, Kelci, Eli, Jesse, Lexy, Kaleea, Brooklynn, Stormi, Freya and Masa; and his great grandchildren, Ezmeah and Ezekiel. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other caring relatives.
