It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerry Petty of Wheatland, Missouri, who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John Petty; his parents-in-law, Gene and Betty Richards; and his sister Cheryl Bagby. He is survived by: his mother Peg Petty (Summers); his wife Nancy Petty; his daughters, Kelli Heckadon (Perry) of Butler and Karli Romine (Ken) of Lansing, Kansas; his grandchildren, Danika (Rocky), Drew, Chase (Gretchen), DeMarco, Peyten, Tristen, Kolt, Jaylon, Wyatt and Kole; and his brothers, Steve (Linda), Denny and John "Bufe" Petty (Jonna).
The military honors will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crescent Hill Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at 1201 Paradise Ln, Butler, MO 64730.
