Leo Francis Schaefer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Francis Schaefer of Westphalia, Missouri, who passed away on August 1, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Schaefer and Frances Schaefer (Wiegers); his children, Joseph Leo Schaefer and Lynne Mathews; his brother-in-law John Morrow; his nephew Dan Morrow; and his niece Elizabeth Morrow.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, Jeanine Bock (Tim) of Taos, Ronald Schaefer (Christy) of Taos, Laurie Roach of Wardsville, Larry Schaefer (Sharon) of Westphalia, Leslie Crane (Bruce) of Jefferson City, Geri Roling (Mark) of Taos, Pamela Harrison (Brad) of Jefferson City, Steven Schaefer (Mackenzie) of Eschenbach, Oberpfalz, Germany and Patrick Mathews (Michelle) of St. Louis; and his sisters, Mary Morrow of Sandusky and JoAnn Meara (Dan) of Kansas City, Kansas. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
