He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Otto of Jefferson City, Sharon Otto of Jefferson City, Ronald Otto of Jefferson City and Brenda Stewart (Ed) of New Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Shawn Otto of Jefferson City, Shaylyn Otto of Wisconsin, Elizabeth Stewart of Springfield, Rachel Stewart of Grain Valley and Sarah Gelnar (Ryan) of Columbia; his great grandchild Myah Jablonske; his siblings, Kenneth Otto of Westphalia, Stephen Otto (Pam) of Virginia, Paul Otto (Jeannie) of Indiana, Delores Baumhoer of Jefferson City, Elaine Carter of Jefferson City, Lillian Hartman (Peter) of Centertown and Alvera Hagenhoff of Jefferson City; and his sister-in-law Betty Otto of Westphalia.
