She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Joseph and Gertrude Frances Wieberg (Eichholz); her grandson Scotty Douglas Bax; her husband Albert; her daughter Alberta Welschmeyer; her siblings, Roman Wieberg, Mary Stratman, Alma Dette, Tobias "Toby" Wieberg and Freda Kampeter; and her sons-in-law, Tom Borgmeyer, Randy Bax and Victor Welschmeyer.
She is survived by: her children, Gene Massman, Nancy Tomberlin, Helen Bax (Warren Haslag), Dale Massman (Maranda), Connie Buhr (John) and Dennis Massman; her grandchildren, Travis Massman (Casey), Mark Bolden, Jonathan Bolden and Fulton; her sister Zita Tappel; and her grandsons, Tracy Bax, Timothy Welschmeyer, Cody Borgmeyer and Tanner Buhr. She is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren.
All attending the private visitation and funeral Mass for Mrs. Dorothy Massman are required to wear personal masks or other personal protective equipment, follow social distancing and close contact guidelines, and adhere to COVID-19 protocol.
