He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Otto and Mary Otto (Buersmeyer); his sister Anne Meyer; and his siblings-in-law, Harold Meyer, Cyril Baumhoer, Bob Hagenhoff, David Carter and Mary Otto.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Otto (Sheila) of Russellville, Mike Otto (Sara) of Westphalia, Patty Quick of Koeltztown, Mary Crader of Jefferson City and Lori Amalaha of Columbia; and his siblings, Dolores Baumhoer of Jefferson City, Lillian Hartman (Pete) of Centertown, Alvera Hagenhoff of Jefferson City, Elaine Carter of Jefferson City, Harry Otto of Westphalia, Steve Otto (Pam) of Oakton, Kenny Otto of Westphalia and Paul Otto (Jeannie) of Carmel, IN.. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren.
