He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Allen and Wilma Lorene Pendergrast (Callaway); his brother Larry Pendergrast; his brother-in-law Jack Looney; and his nephew Johnny Allen Pendergrast.
He is survived by: his friend Darlene Johnston; his sisters, W. Kay Looney and Wanda Jean Hollaway (Tom); his nephews, Thomas Pendergrast and Scot Pendergrast; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
