He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Webb, Sr. and Virginia Dare Webb (Linville); his wife Ruby Etta Baker; his brother David Hale Webb; and his grandson Chad Edward Moppin.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Dean Webb (Arlene) of Winchester, KY, Floyd Edward Webb (Connie) of Weston and Regina Ann Hull (Zim) of Weston; his brother Harold Dean Webb (Gerry) of Dearborn, MO; and his grandchildren, Jodi Hofmann, James Roberts, Justin Webb, Jeremy Webb, Larry Wayne Webb, Z. J. Hull and Parker Hull. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Memorial contributions can be given to the Christian Assembly Church of Weston.
