She is survived by: her mother Brooke Allison Coontz; her brother Grayson Scott Coontz; her grandparents, Lynn, Mark Juett of Smithville, MO, Kristie and Mark Slugantz of Camden Point, MO; her uncle Joshua Slugantz of Lee's Summit, MO; her aunt Scarlett Slugantz of Camden Point, MO.; and her great-grandparent Rosemary Nugen of Harrodsburg, KY.
