He was predeceased by: his father Ronald "RJ" Searcy; and his brother Jeff Searcy. He is survived by: his mother Janice Searcy; his wife Charla; his daughters, Jessica Sherwood (Tim) and Michaela Contreras (Jason); his grandchildren, Jackson, Brockston and Kohlston Sherwood; and his nephews, Mathew (Lauren) and Mitchell Searcy.
