It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kim E. Hays (Weston, Missouri), who passed away on February 12, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Donald Hays. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Hays (Bryan); his wife Edie Hays; his sisters, Joy Whitlow (Bill) and Ronda Wood (Tom Stone); his children, Nicholas Hays (Ashley) of Kansas City, Jessie Carothers (James) of Platte City and Shannon Ashley (Deidre) of Kansas City; and his grandchildren, Ava, Peyton, Madden Cook, Elizabeth, James "Mack" Carothers, Serenity and Terek Hays.
