He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Charles and Nellie Wray Buckler Rawlings; and his brothers, Steve, Gary and Roger Rawlings.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Kirk Rawlings (Alisa) of Weston, Donna Shiner of Platte City, Lois Madsen (Kristian) of Platte City, Lori Pflugradt (Doug) of Weston and Missy Flynn (Mike) of Shawnee, KS.; his grandchildren, Andrew Pflugradt (Abby), Matthew Shiner, Aryn Pflugradt, Joshua Shiner, Kelby Rawlings, Isaac Zenil (Allison), Nikolas Shiner, Josie Rawlings, Connor Flynn, Mateo Zenil, Bethany Zenil, Kellan Flynn and Keegan Flynn; his great grandchildren, Kenzie, Klhoe, Kaylor and Kashlyn Pflugradt; and his siblings, Joyce Snyder, Virginia Woodward, Alton, Charles and Rick Rawlings. He is also survived by wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
