He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard H. "Jimmy" Hall and Florine Hall; and his brother Durall Hall. He is survived by: his former wife Janet Enriquez (McIntosh); his children, Jennifer Milbourne (Bob) of St. Joseph and Jared Hall of Oceanside, California; his grandchildren, Ashton Stephenson, Payton Hall and Hawke Milbourne; and his brothers, Dwayne Hall (Connie) of Altus and Leland Hall (Andrea). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
