He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his son William Howell, Jr.; his grandchildren, Skyler Howell, Brandon Howell (Gwenn), Amber Howell, Ethan Howell, Brayden James Howell and Abigail Thompson; his siblings, Dalton Howell (Marilyn), Paul Howell (Kay), Joann Flygare, Albertta Howell and Susan Howell; his son Jesse Howell; and his brother Robert Howell. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
