He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho Fears and Valerie Fears (Chitwood); his siblings, Arthur, Clayton, Joseph, Luther, Daniel, Dolly, Samantha, Ellen, Amanda and Geneva; and his son Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, Clayton Fears (Yvonne) of Winona, Thomas Fears of Winona, Deborah Hunter (Rob) of Burson, Connie Bywater (Jim) of Coos Bay, Aaron Fears (Melonie) of Kansas City and Bill Barnes (Linda) of Centerville; his sisters, Stella Honeycutt and Della Weber; and his grandchildren, Kenny Crawford, Kevin Harrison, Carl Kendrix, Cheyenne Kendrix, Kimberly Fears, Jason Fears, Scott Fears, Ray Doliate, Christin Hunter, Regina Hunter, Ronald Lipsett, Jame Lipsett, April Burkett, Brian Burkett, Deena Bywater, Justin Bywater, Britiney Buren, Crystal Bess, Chance Bess, Vicky Barnes, Melissa Crosby and Bobby Barnes. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
