He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Melvin and Maude Marie Owens (Stark); and his siblings, Dwayne (Karen), Glenda Dickenson, James Owens and Mary Joens.
He is survived by: his brother Larry Owens; and his siblings-in-law, Vickie Owens, Rose Owens, Karen Owens and Bob Joens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
