It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Howard Yates of West Plains, Missouri, born in Marked Tree, Arkansas, who passed away on August 20, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Yates and Lucille Bell Yates. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Bland and Howard Eugene Yates (Judy); his daughter-in-law Harriet Berger (Roger); his grandchildren, James Lee Drewery, Chrystal Floyd, Heather Karr, Walter Drewery, Hilary Schmitt and Jesse Johnston; his daughter Donna Jean Yates; and his granddaughter Jennifer Nicole Drewery. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
