He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Francis and Lora Emily DeBoard Francis; and his nephew Bradley Stubbs. He is survived by: his sisters, Carolyn VonAllmen (Charles), Carol Ruth Miller (David), Janella Schafer, Janet Lovan (Dallas) and Lenore Stubbs; and his cousin Rick King (Leslie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
