He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jacob Chandler and Gaynelle Chandler (Caudill); his siblings, John F. Chandler and Patty Ruolo; his son-in-law Dave Rowan; and his siblings-in-law, John Briscoe, Judy Briscoe and Dorma Kooyenga.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Chandler (Briscoe); his children, Tammy Norris (Ron) of Morris, IL, Bridgett Ertl (Thomas) of Illiopolis, IL and John J. Chandler (Lacey) of Chapel Hill, TN; and his siblings, Danny Chandler of Tunnel Hill, IL, Debbie Osborne (Tim) of Hartsville, SC, Gayla Wagner of Fairbury, IL and Robin Chandler of Morris, IL. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
