She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond "Ray" Lee Foster and Alice Louisa "Lou" Harbour Foster; her husband Dale Billings; her sisters, Nova Hammond and Esther Scott; her grandson Shannon Eades; and her son-in-law Ron Nicola.
She is survived by: her former spouse Rayvon Quenton Smith; her children, Roger Louis Smith of Elizabeth, Arkansas, Regina L. Nicola of Cape Coral and Merium P. Eades of Mountain Home, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Shane Eades of Cape Coral, Billy Eades, Jr. of Butler, Tina Eades of Searcy, Dalene Odegaard of Kansas City, Roger Brian Billings of Elizabeth, Phillip Billings of Raymore and Cheyenne Billings of Elizabeth, Arkansas; and her great grandchildren, Michael Marfield, Caleb Eades and Brian Odegaard.
