We bid farewell to Virgil Roberts in West Plains, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 15, 2025 at the age of 79. Virgil touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Roberts and Maggie Marie McGehee; his stepdaughter Stephanie Carter Young; and his siblings, Dallas Roberts, George Morton, Peggy Barton (Burvel) and Louise Roberts.
He is survived by: his child Charlie Roberts (Jessica); his grandchildren, Cole, Luke and Ryan; his daughter LeAnn Etchison (Darren); his granddaughters, Hannah Hopper and Hallie Goodwin; and also Lucille Roberts.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel, West Plains, Missouri (827 Chestnut St, Thayer, MO 65791). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Baptist Hill Cemetery.
